Mokena Animal Clinic wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, you may contact our credit card processor, VIRTUAL CLINICS at:

Return requests are accepted when received within 30 days of the Invoice date.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, VIRTUAL CLINICS will issue you a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). Should you receive the wrong product(s) contact VIRTUAL CLINICS at 310-734-6517 and they will issue you a return authorization to either exchange the product(s) or to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued until Mokena Animal Clinic confirms that the products have been returned.
* Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the invoiced date. The initial shipping and the return shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Prescription medications, syringes and needles cannot be returned due to Federal Regulations.
* Refrigerated items are non-returnable.
* Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*Merchandise must be in an undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken, and must include all the accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected. Partial and/or damaged returns will NOT receive full credit. Items damaged during return shipping will receive partial or no credit at the discretion of Mokena Animal Clinic.
*Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned.
*We recommend sending returns by some traceable delivery (tracking or delivery confirmation) and in a secure box. Mokena Animal Clinic cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
*Please allow up to 10 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for VIRTUAL CLINICS to review the type of credit being issued.
CANCELLATIONS
We strive to process and ship your order out the same day the order is received so that you receive it in an expedited manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling us at 708-479-2811 immediately. We cannot guarantee an e-mail cancellation will be read in time to stop your order from shipping. Orders ship at 4 p.m. central time each weekday. Orders cancelled after they have been processed and packaged ready for shipment may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
REFUSED ORDERS
Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the order less shipping charges. Once the order has shipped, it is considered a completed sale. The return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Syringes, needles and prescription medications cannot be returned. VIRTUAL CLINICS will issue the the credit.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS IN SHIPMENT
Report any visible outside damage to the delivery carrier, then contact VIRTUAL CLINICS at 310-734-6517 immediately for instruction. Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.
